Alex has been with DARTWP since 2022. He has resided in Solano as a player and coach. Alex played at Dixon HS where he is now the head coach for both the mens and womens program. His time at Dixon was reflective of 4 SJS section playoff appearances, 3 league titles, and a league Co-MVP. Alex then attended and played at Sierra College and
Alex has been with DARTWP since 2022. He has resided in Solano as a player and coach. Alex played at Dixon HS where he is now the head coach for both the mens and womens program. His time at Dixon was reflective of 4 SJS section playoff appearances, 3 league titles, and a league Co-MVP. Alex then attended and played at Sierra College and transferred to UC Davis where he continued to play club water polo. Alex has over 9 years of coaching experience filled with multiple league titles, section playoff appearances and a SJS Section Final Championship. Alex’s career has been filled with a massive appreciation for the people around him and a growing passion for the game of water polo.

With over 15 years of being in the water polo community as a player, referee and coach, Kimmy joined our staff in 2024 . Kimmy is an Armijo HS alumni with 3x MEL MVP awards, a Sierra College Alumni with 2x Big 8 All American awards, and a central and pacific zone referee for USA Water Polo and the SJS Zone. Kimmy also continues to play with Davis masters team to enhance her game and bring what she has learned to our athletes. Kimmy loves the sport of water polo and is excited to bring her skills to our program.

Currently a Mathematics Teacher at Benicia High School. Played Water Polo in Southern California at Murrieta Valley High School (2001-2004) followed by Long Beach State (2005-2009). Recognized as an MPSF All-American at Long Beach State in 2009. Coached Club Water Polo from 2009-2013 in Southern California before becoming the Assistant C
Currently a Mathematics Teacher at Benicia High School. Played Water Polo in Southern California at Murrieta Valley High School (2001-2004) followed by Long Beach State (2005-2009). Recognized as an MPSF All-American at Long Beach State in 2009. Coached Club Water Polo from 2009-2013 in Southern California before becoming the Assistant Coach at Long Beach State for the 2012-2015 seasons and Coached 1 year of Olympic Development Team in 2016. Moved to Solano County in 2017 and officiated waterpolo from 2017-2023 before becoming Athletic Director at Benicia High School from 2023-2025. Joined the DART Solano Coaching Staff in 2025 for Junior Polo.
I was coached through high school and youth club by Bryan Lynton Currently the ODP Technical Administrator for USA Waterpolo and coached through college and with Gavin Arroyo at Long Beach State, currently the Senior Olympic Team Assistant Coach.
